Yes, you can create an internal transfer request on your Profile page.

1. Choose the option transfer between accounts on the right-hand menu.
2. Select the accounts to and from which you would like to transfer the funds.
3. Enter the amount into the 'Amount from' field..
4. Press the Request button and confirm your request.
